Shipping policy

Processing time:  All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is within 3-5 days business days and through USPS.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. 

Damages: Positively Beautiful with Jess is not liable for any products damaged or lost in shipping, however, insurance will be purchased on all custom keepsake jewelry. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
